The project involves the restoration or new construction of sidewalks in road sections and communal areas of the Municipality of Glyfada, for facilitating sustainable mobility and promoting urban resilience. The main objective is to serve the citizens, ensure safe passage for pedestrians and vehicles, and enhance and beautify the city’s sidewalks.
The project involves the redevelopment of sidewalks, regulation and shaping of pedestrian pathways, parking areas, and green spaces with the goal of their qualitative and functional enhancement. Additionally, this study includes the construction of sidewalks at the newly established Glyfada Cemetery, where internal pedestrian pathways are also configured for circulation.
